My boys were apprehensive about coming to Learning to Learn as thought it would be “work”. However, they have really enjoyed it and have been keen to share everything they have learnt. Thanks so much for this. They have gained a lot of knowledge as well as having really enjoyed it.

Since starting The Prep4Prep Program, Ollie’s enthusiasm for learning new things has skyrocketed! He now has a keen curiosity for the world around him and is constantly sharing his learnings with us. Lasni has created fun and engaging activities that build on from previous weeks. Through the regular weekly sessions, Ollie is developing the skills and confidence to participate fully in lessons, and this will help to eliminate the anxiety of starting his primary school journey. We can rest assured that come the start of next year, Ollie’s new challenge of Prep will have the best beginning possible.

Leon has begun to really enjoy learning and challenging himself thanks to Seeds of Knowledge Prep4Prep program. He’s a shy boy and can take time to adjust to new things, but this program has armed him with confidence that I believe will result in a smooth transition into school.

What an absolute joy the Prep4Prep has been!
My understanding of prep readiness was quite limited plus my husband and I shared some apprehension that we would be overloading Charlie with this programme on top of Kindy. After sharing these concerns with the program director we learned about how the values of growth mindset, building confidence and curiosity are all built into this course to help assist a child become ‘prep ready’. We decided to enrol Charlie and we couldn’t be more happy.
The class has become her favourite part of the week and she comes home so energised. We absolutely love listening to her rattle off everything she has learned and hearing her utilise the language of growth mindset in her daily life. As parents, we felt so supported from the team at Seeds of Knowledge and like Charlie, we feel totally confident about being Prep ready.

Eli just loved the last learning to learn program, he came home so enthusiastic each day. Within the first few weeks of school he told me he had already implemented some of the skills he was taught – so exciting to see him confidently taking on some of these challenges at school in a more positive way!

Thank you Lasni and Seeds of Knowledge for teaching Trinity and Tait the importance of a Growth Mindset and the importance of perseverance. Trinity and Tait enjoyed working in the online environment and it was great seeing them making connections with other young people who had the same struggles.
They both definitely grew in confidence with their English and Maths. Trinity definitely knows now how to write a TEEL paragraph and this has set her up for success in high school. Thank you so much for giving them the confidence boost that they needed. It has made such a difference to their lives.

Our son had been struggling for a few years in school, and we were worried he was falling too far behind. Even his teachers were concerned and despite attempting to help as much as we could, we couldn’t make headway. Bobby has improved in both maths and English since starting with Seeds of Knowledge and we see his confidence tackling new problems grow each day. Persistence is the key and that is what we are starting to see in Bobby after a few terms with Seeds of Knowledge tutoring.

My daughter was struggling with reading & writing in prep and year one. She was getting frustrated and not wanting to engage in school.
We discovered Seeds of Knowledge and their focus on a Growth Mindset.
It was just what we needed!
She is now confident to tackle any schoolwork, she can participate in choir and drama as she can follow the scripts/lyrics, no concerns about sitting Naplan, and she is now reading chapter books and enjoying it.
Today she came home with a school award for her creative writing skills – so proud.
Each term I ask if she still wants to keep going to tutoring and the answer is always yes!

We engaged Lasni at Seeds of Knowledge because our daughter required assistance with her maths. She lacked confidence in her learning and this created a massive road block of “I can’t”. Lasni is caring, engaging, positive and supportive. She creates an environment where getting things wrong is a good thing. That mistakes make you grow. She has helped our daughter immensely, and her attitude not only in Maths, but all aspects of her schooling has improved 100%. She now loves to learn! I cannot recommend Seeds of Knowledge enough. Lasni has changed our lives!
