Keep the momentum going…!
Holiday Intensives
All skills need practice to be maintained, and academic skills are no different.
It’s all too easy for the summer break to cause hard-won literacy and numeracy gained through a year’s schooling to fall by the wayside. But it doesn’t need to be a trial to ensure that your child’s hard work doesn’t slip away. Keeping momentum can be as engaging as it is enriching.
Our Holiday Intensive program is a flexible program designed to keep your child’s most essential numeracy and literacy skills in top shape.
Each group session is structured to keep students engaged and learning, ensuring young minds stay sharp and active.
With a broad focus designed to support a variety of core skills, there’s no better way to prepare your child for the coming year.
Our Holiday sessions are flexibly designed
- Appropriate for all skill levels – from emerging learners to confident students.
- Flexible curriculum – focuses on essentials key to your child’s progress.
- You are not locked into every session – choose the number of sessions to suit you.
Our Holiday Intensives are tailored to keep the momentum of each student’s learning. Each session focuses on a different suite of core skills, giving your child an opportunity to practice what they know and pick up new core skills as they progress. This structure ensures the big six-week break doesn’t cause a six-week break in our student’s learning! Throughout each session, our tutors will:
- provide ongoing support in both literacy and numeracy
- engage students in hands-on activities to keep young minds active
- provide specialised coursework for each child, no matter their year level
- consolidate the hard work of the previous school year and prepare students for the next
- encourage the joy of social learning in small group sessions
- enable sustained focus and momentum over the holiday break
Don’t let the long break lead to a long gap in your child’s learning. The Holiday Intensive program keeps momentum rolling and ensures your child has the best footing they can for the next academic year.
