Bookings: Only once this enrolment form and payment have been received will your booking be confirmed.

Confirmation and Cancellations: Once Enrolment has been processed, confirmation will be given via email. No refunds will be given on any amendments or cancellations after confirmation. No Enrolments will be accepted if money is still owing for any Seeds of Knowledge program.

Cost: Cost includes all resources and equipment. Food and drinks are not provided as part of the program cost.
Enrolments will not be processed unless payment is made.

Eligibility: The School Holiday Tutoring Program caters for children attending Primary school.

Attendance: If your child/ren are unable to attend the program due to illness or other reasons you need to contact the Seeds of Knowledge Director on 0433 315 776.
It is essential that children arrive on time. Any missed time will not be refunded or made-up at any other time.

Behaviour Guidance: Teachers of the School Holiday Tutoring Program will work with the families to positively guide children’s behaviour at the program. We do however reserve the right to cease the child enrolment (in consultation with parents/guardians) when the behaviour continually threatens the safe environment of the program and children in attendance.

Medical: In case of an emergency 000 will be contacted immediately followed by a call to the parent.

All medical items e.g. asthma puffer, epi pen, etc, will need to be supplied.

Mobile Phones:
Mobile phones are not permitted at the program. If a child brings a mobile phone or any technology, there will be no responsibility or liability by Seeds of Knowledge employees.

Workplace Health and Safety: The Client agrees to notify the Company as soon as practicable upon becoming aware of any health and safety incident. The Company and tutor can take no responsibility or liability for student safety or belongings prior to or after the service as the Client ( i.e. parents) are responsible for providing punctual and appropriate supervision.

Privacy Act: Information provided to the Company will be maintained in accordance with the Company’s obligations under the Privacy Act.

Legal Liability:
Employees of Seeds of Knowledge, parents and course participants are participating in the School Holiday Tutoring Program in good faith.
Seeds of Knowledge waivers liability in relation to any causes of action of any nature and kind, known or unknown including any injury, loss or damage to person and property that may be sustained as a result of participation in the School Holiday Tutoring Program.
I understand that participation in the School Holiday Tutoring Program involves unknown and inherent risks, and as the parent I assume all related risks for my child to participate in the School Holiday Tutoring Program.
